What to expect when you reach out

Flow is built and operated by a small, dedicated team. When you email flowbros@main-flow.com you get a real person, usually within a few business hours, never a chatbot. We respond same business day on weekdays and within 24 hours on weekends.

Demo + onboarding

Book a 30-minute walkthrough where we set up your tender flow, connect your inbox, and load your first carrier and customer rosters together. Most brokers are sending real rate confirmations through Flow on the same call.

Pricing & plans

Essential is a flat $149/month. Pro is a flat $945/month and includes 10 logins and 50 customer portals for your whole team. Both are month-to-month, no per-seat billing, no annual commitments, no per-load fees, no setup costs. Email us if you need more logins or portals.

Integrations & EDI

Native Gmail and Outlook automation ship with every plan. We support EDI 214 status updates over SFTP and HTTPS. If you're integrating with a TMS or accounting system, tell us which one and we'll point at the right integration path.

Technical support

Active customers get direct support through the dashboard or via email. We track every ticket, respond fast, and ship fixes weekly. If something is broken in production, we want to know immediately.

Partnerships

We work with carrier networks, factoring companies, insurance providers, and TMS resellers. If you serve freight brokerages and want to integrate or co-market, reach out. We're easy to work with.

Common questions before you email

How fast can I migrate from my current TMS?

Most brokerages are running on Flow within one business week. We import your carriers and customers via CSV, connect your existing email accounts, and walk through your first dispatches together. Larger fleets with 50+ users get a dedicated onboarding manager.

Do you replace my existing TMS?

Flow is the modern alternative to legacy TMS products like McLeod, Aljex, AscendTMS, and Tailwind for non-asset freight brokerages. It covers tendering, dispatch, carrier and customer management, live tracking, billing, and customer portals. We don't replace asset-based features (driver pay, IFTA, ELD) since brokerages don't need them.

What if my shipper requires EDI 214s?

Flow speaks X12 4010 EDI 214 natively over SFTP and HTTPS. Every status event the messenger detects (arrived at pickup, departed pickup, ETA captured, arrived at delivery, delivered) emits a 214 to the shipper's endpoint automatically. Reach out with your shipper's spec and we'll set up a test partner together.

Is there a free trial?

We don't run a self-serve free trial because every brokerage's setup is a little different and we want to make sure the platform is configured correctly before you pay. The first onboarding call is free and gets you to an end-to-end booked load. Pay only when you decide to keep it.

Do my customers see my carriers?

No. Customer portals show only the data the customer needs: load number, PO, current status, ETA, multi-stop progress, and POD when filed. Carrier identities, rates, margins, and broker-side notes are never exposed.
